auditor

To give a good impression:

Be clear with the information that is offered.
Be confident in your answers.
Do not assume a defensive attitude.
Shows a friendly and respectful treatment.
Remember, the auditor does not come to criticize your work, it is here to help you improve it.

To give a bad impression:

Shows a negative attitude.
Shows little interest in his work.
Be rude and disrespectful.
Do not offer the required information.
Takes a coercive attitude.

The auditor should be a good communicator. Through communication you will get most of the information, so you need to know enough techniques for an adequate communication, not only from an oral point of view, since nonverbal (gestural) communication will also be a Important component of the communication process and its inappropriate use, in many cases, causes a breakdown in the communication process.

Communication involves the transmission of information between the auditor and the auditee and vice versa (feedback).

The auditor must analyze at all times what information is actually reaching the auditee and what information he is receiving. In this way, the auditor must interpret all the information, oral or not, that is transmitted to him. You must always keep in mind and verify that the auditee understands the issues that are being formulated to him and must verify that the information that he has received has interpreted it properly. Otherwise, it will be introducing noise in the communication process and distorting the information obtained.

In this way, the auditor must combine his capacity for expression, observation and listening in such a way that:

Issue the appropriate information
Receive the required information
